Detox From Radiation and EMF Exposure

You may not know it, but you are exposed to radiation every day. In most cases, people don’t get the chance to recuperate and detox from radiation exposure unless they make a deliberate effort. It’s important to consider regularly detoxifying the body in order to avoid health problems that may develop in the future.

The following are some of the most effective ways to detox from radiation and EMF:

  • Drink more water. This is the simplest and yet the best way to detoxify the body from radiation. By drinking plenty of water daily, you help your body flush out toxins and keep it functioning at optimum levels. Some factors to consider regarding how much water a person should drink per day include body weight, local climate, and activity level. However, men are advised to drink at least 3.7 liters every day, while women should aim for 2.7 liters per day.
  • Exercise daily. It’s a no-brainer that when you exercise, your body releases sweat and that is a form of detoxification in itself. Working out also strengthens the immune system so you don’t get sick easily. In theory, a strong immune system protects the body from cancer and other serious health issues due to EMF radiation exposure. Ideally, you should get at least 75 minutes of exercise, or do a moderately intense workout for 150 minutes per week.
  • Eat healthy foods. If you want to detoxify your diet, you should avoid sugar at all costs. Unhealthy foods only wreak havoc on your body while making it defenseless from EMF radiation. Cut out processed foods and choose fresh vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates, and lean protein instead. Other body detox essentials include apples, lemons, turmeric, garlic, and green tea.
  • Include Reishi in your diet. This is a mushroom that helps boost the immune system while protecting the body from cancer. In cancer patients, Reishi can make radiation treatments more effective. Also, this is a potent ingredient in many detox teas that you can brew just like other tea products in the market. It’s also available in powdered form which can easily be added to a glass of water and made a drink. If you consume Reishi regularly, it can protect you from the harmful effects of radiation.
  • Take some supplements. Another effective way to detoxify from EMF radiation is to take supplements such as ginseng which contains radioprotective properties. It detoxifies the liver and has been used to treat liver diseases in ancient Chinese medicine. You can also use apple cider vinegar, garlic, cranberry, and milk thistle supplements to detoxify your body. Also, consider taking multivitamins including vitamins B, C, and E to help the body absorb nutrients more.
  • Take a sauna. The use of steam and heat is a quick and easy way to detox from radiation in the body. Get in the sauna, take a hot shower, or a steam bath to release toxins through sweating. In Finnish tradition, saunas are believed to help fight heart disease, prevent neurodegenerative conditions, and strengthen immunity while feeling rejuvenated after the bath.
  • Get enough rest. Make your room as comfortable and EMF-free as possible so you can enjoy better sleep. Getting enough rest allows the body to detoxify and recover from EMF radiation. Make sure to get a good night’s sleep regularly and get up at the same hour every morning.
  • Practice meditation. When you meditate, you clear your mind as you focus on the present moment. Whether you’re focusing on your senses or using some mantras, meditation is vital to keep your mind free from stress. Since this is a good way to de-stress, it’s also a helpful activity to detoxify and allow the healthy light to come in.
  • Go outside often. Spending time outside with nature is a proven way to reduce your exposure to EMF radiation. Go outdoors and give your body the time to take a break from constant exposure to radiation at home. While radiation from cell signals and power lines are still around, you get significantly reduced exposure by simply taking a walk in the neighborhood or hiking in the mountain with friends.
  • Drink a detox juice. If you haven’t tried a juice cleanse yet, now is the time to discover the many health benefits of this natural detoxification. You may be feeling a little bit stagnant right now, trying a juice cleanse can make you feel better. Some of the most common juice cleanses include fruits, vegetables, and other natural foods. Simply put them inside your juicer machine and enjoy a healthy juice that can eliminate toxins from the body.
  • Get some indoor plants. Aloe, sunflowers, and monstera deliciosa are only some of the EMF-blocking plants that you can put in your home. Since you’ll be needing the internet during the day, it would be better to turn off or disconnect from your WiFi during sleep. If not, you can opt for a wired internet connection to lower radiation exposure.
  • Try crystals. Did you know that crystals can protect you from radiation while detoxifying your body? Black tourmaline, shungite, azurite, bloodstone, garnet, and other crystals have EMF protection properties that can help detox from radiation in your space.   • Create an EMF-free space. At the end of the day, you retire from work and head to your bedroom to rest. Since you will be spending the next 8 hours in your bedroom sleep, it’s important to make your bed EMF-free with the help of a bed canopy, EMF protective paint, or a protective blanket to reduce your exposure to EMF and help you detox from radiation while sleeping.

As you detoxify your body from radiation exposure, remember to start small. Trying to do it all at once can be overwhelming and may not end up the way you want it to. Discipline takes time just like when developing a new habit. Over time, it’s more rewarding to see incremental changes in your detoxifying habits.
